Reservation and Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your order. This is due at the time the contract is signed.
The balance is due before installation or delivery. Any additional charges will be invoiced at the
close of the event.
Cancellation

A full refund will be granted if your event is cancelled at least 15 days prior to installation of your
event. For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to installation of your event, you will owe 50% of your
entire contract. For cancellations made less than 8 days prior to installation of your event, the total
amount of your contract will be due.
Pricing

Most prices quoted are for a 6 day period including delivery and pickup. We offer long term pricing
for anything over 6 days. Please call our office for rates. All prices are subject to change without
notice.
Delivery

Delivery and pick-up are available for an additional fee. Deliveries will be made to a location
convenient to our vehicles. Standard delivery times are Mon.- Fri. 8am-5pm. Other times will be
assessed an overtime fee. We also offer setup and take down of certain equipment for an additional
fee. Please make arrangements at the time of order.
Damages and Missing Equipment

The customer is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pickup.
Items must be counted by the customer, at the time of delivery, to ensure there are no shortages.
Any shortages or damage will be invoiced at the close of the event.
