Rowan Event Services carries a complete line of quality tents, canopies and accessories. We inventory a wide variety of sizes that range from standard 10' x 10' canopies to 80' x 120' big top tents. We can also provide everything that may be needed to go under the tent. |
What size tent do I need? Wedding Receptions and Private Parties |
A typical wedding or private party requires approximately 10 to 12 sq. ft. per guest. Allow extra space for buffet tables, dance floor and a DJ station. |
Theater Style Seating and Standing Events |
Wedding and other ceremonies or cocktail parties will require approximately 6 sq. ft. per guest. Allow extra space for a podium or small stage. |
Dance Floor |
A dance floor requires aproximately 2 to 4 sq. ft. per guest. |
